As a ‘Management Trainee – Design & PD’ my active inputs and execution have been on several aspects of the design process (moodboard, silhouettes, prints, embroidery, etc) and product development (sampling of toiles and final fits, fittings, corrections, approvals, yardage dyeing, order and maintenance of sampling yardage, WIP maintainence, fit modelling, vendor co-ordination for orders and approvals, co-ordination with the production department and led the overall handovers of 1/3 stories for SS 23 and 2/3 stories for AW 24)
